ZeusInLabs operates Review Intelligence, a hosted review-analysis service and WooCommerce plugin. Contact us at reviewintelligence@zeusinlabs.com for privacy questions or requests.

What the service processes

When a store administrator connects the plugin, we receive the store name, public website URL and a generated store credential. The credential is retained by WordPress; the service stores a hash for authentication. We verify ownership by fetching a temporary proof from the store.

For analysis, the plugin sends a local review ID, review text, product name, star rating, verified-purchaser status and, for explicit reanalysis, a run identifier. Separate reviewer name, email and IP address fields are not included. Review text is not automatically redacted: personal details written in the text are processed along with it.

We also store job status, classification results, timestamps, usage counters and authentication metadata to deliver results, enforce allowances, avoid duplicate charges and operate the service. Clicking the upgrade-interest button records the store’s interest, timestamp and usage at the time. It does not submit payment information.

When information is sent

Opening or activating the plugin does not by itself send reviews for analysis. An administrator first connects the store. Reviews are then sent during onboarding, manual analysis, or automatic analysis of new reviews if enabled. WordPress also requests job status and usage information.

Who processes review content

Our API sends review text, product name, rating and verified-purchaser status to OpenRouter’s Jev classification endpoint. The model input does not include the store credential or local review ID. OpenRouter and the model-processing services it uses process those inputs under their applicable policies. See OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not promise that all model providers have identical retention or training practices.

Hosting, network and security providers also process information needed to deliver the service. Network requests expose the connecting server’s IP address to receiving infrastructure. The API’s application request logging records operational information rather than review bodies or authorization headers. Infrastructure may maintain separate access and security logs.

Optional developer direct mode sends content from WordPress directly to OpenRouter using the developer’s key and sends the store URL as an HTTP referer. It bypasses the hosted service’s quota system.

Retention and removal

In the application database, submitted review input is cleared after successful analysis. Completed results are scheduled for cleanup after 30 days. Failed inputs are eligible for cleanup after seven days once their background job is no longer active. Cleanup runs periodically, so these are application cleanup thresholds rather than promises of immediate deletion from every system or backup.

Account records, usage information, upgrade-interest records and job identifiers used to prevent duplicate processing are retained separately from review content. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion and information about applicable retention. Provider-side data and infrastructure logs are subject to their own handling rules.

Results stored in your WordPress database remain until removed there. Uninstalling the plugin removes its local settings and analysis metadata, but does not delete WooCommerce reviews or automatically close the hosted service account.

Your choices and requests

You may skip connection, disable automatic analysis, or deactivate the plugin to stop future plugin-initiated processing. Jobs already accepted may finish. Store owners are responsible for informing their customers about review processing and choosing an appropriate basis for sharing content. Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information; contact us to exercise them. Review authors should also contact the store where their review was posted.
