Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the Review Intelligence hosted service operated by ZeusInLabs. Contact: reviewintelligence@zeusinlabs.com. The WordPress plugin’s code is separately licensed under GPL version 2 or later.

Connecting your store

You must be authorized to connect and submit content from the store. Automatic registration requires a publicly reachable HTTPS website that the service can verify. Keep your store credential confidential. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, duplicate-store controls or usage limits.

Free service and usage

The free plan includes 100 accepted analyses per store per calendar month, resetting in UTC. Existing reviews, new reviews and explicit fresh reanalyses share this allowance. Each newly accepted analysis consumes one unit, including a job that later fails. Polling or retrying the same accepted job does not consume another unit. Previously analyzed reviews are skipped during onboarding.

When the limit is reached, additional new analysis requests are rejected until allowance becomes available. You may retry remaining reviews later; existing WooCommerce reviews remain in your store. Paid plans are not currently offered. Registering upgrade interest is not a purchase, subscription or payment authorization.

Content and service operation

You retain your rights in submitted content. You authorize processing of that content to provide classification and related service functions, including processing through OpenRouter as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit content you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful content or use the service to attack, disrupt or abuse other systems.

Results and availability

Automated classifications can be inaccurate. Review the evidence before making business or moderation decisions; you remain responsible for those decisions and for any automated moderation settings you enable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular response time or error-free results.

We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security issues or operational needs. Features and allowances may change; review the current service information before relying on future availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Stopping use and support

You can stop using the service by deactivating the plugin. Accepted jobs may still complete. Uninstalling removes local plugin data, not the hosted account. Contact us for account closure, data requests, support or concerns about these terms. Updates to these terms will be published here with an updated date.
